Staff doesn't know about tea speciality written in menu , need to be trained more to talk professionally to guests and serving food on table..

1. Cutting tea was not upto the mark.
2. Surprisingly this place doesn't serve hot lemon tea which was a big turn off.

Staff is polite and helpful though there is shortage of some stafff,would recommend to increase the number

Ambience: three different setups
2 types of outdoor seating one with benches and the other one with chairs and overhead umbrellas
1 type of indoor seating which is pretty standard looking
Nice and light place to spend some time alone or to chat with a group of friends
Food: chai is pretty standard. Other dishes are well prepared too. Taste wise and quality wise definitely recommended.
Location: easy to reach
Parking: There's some space so can be a bit problematic on busy evenings but there's places nearby even though it's a residential area.
