There are scope to take Various courses of undergraduation and post graduation in this college. Also student can take hostel facilities here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdwan raj college is the best college of burdwan town. The college is charming and beautiful like a lady. There have Good play ground and a library , NSS, NCC, BBA. And also have all streem. boys hostle is also available there.
The raj college is only one college in burdwan that they provide classes in evening for commers students.
There have some political problem but You can admit your child in this college. Environment of this college is like a graden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I'm pursuing my B.Sc degree from here. Faculties are too good. But practical class facility is very poor, which is needed the most by the students in post-covid time, after a long online session or in true sense after an academic gap.
Library have very poor collection of Books of Biological Science!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdwan Raj College is one of the premier and oldest (established in 1881) colleges not only in the district of Burdwan but also in the whole state of West Bengal. The picturesque campus of about 17 acres is situated at the centre of the town, adjacent to the Railway Station, Medical College and Hospital and The University of Burdwan. The serene beauty of Shyamsayar adds grandeur to the College. The name of the College is so widespread that it needs no introduction. Nevertheless, a glimpse of the portrait of the College is cheering, a kind of sweet remembrance we always like to cherish....
Students admitted into Burdwan Raj College are to be aware of their responsibility to the College, to the fellow students and people of the society in general. They should hold high the dignity and legacy of 128 years. Failure to maintain appropriate decorum will attract disciplinary action. Students are to attend 75% of classes held.
It runs three shifts – Morning (only General – Arts & Commerce), Day (Hons. in Arts & Science) and Evening (Commerce). Twenty honours courses are taught here in addition to B.B.A. (H) and B.C.A. (H). It is at present a constituent college of Burdwan University as it offers P.G. study in Bengali.
