β β β β β Really nice staff. Opening hours of the stores are 11am but they helped us and have the burgers ready at 10.30. It was so nice of them. Burgers were really yummy. Would come back and have burgers with them for sure.

β β β β β This place is diluting burger King brand name. They are servicing order in more than 30 min. They have literally changed the meaning of QSR. Worst BK outlet ever.

β β β β β Services are pthatic.. At the time when i placed the order, it says will be ready in 10 mins.. but even after 40 mins of waiting order was in queue.
When i recieved it ..it was dam cold and non eatable.. better to use any other outlet of burger king and avoid such bad experience and untrained staff of Ardee Mall branch.

Caveat Emptor on Google

Packaging - 5/5 ( BK has got the best packaging )
Quality - 5/5 ( Somehow the quality of every ingredient and burger is so damn good )
Quantity - 5/5 ( quantity is superb too )
Flavor - 1/5 ( Now this is where Burger King lags and they are trying hard to crack Indian tastebuds but only able to compensate with spice )
- everything looks so superb and amazing but it lags flavor and excitement.
- wasteful of such a fine resources.
- I tried their strawberry milkshake too and itβs was disgrace it comes with a plastic bottle perfect packaging with no taste or sense of taste.
- request to BK everything is superb just get someone who tastes ur product and not compensate it with spices

The staff is not properly trained, many people was waiting for their order from more than 30 mins. I also had to wait for very long.
Dear Burger King Team, please look into the management of this outlet closely. This review is just to highlight the genuine issue for your betterment. Please take it positively. If next time, I will find any betterment then I will amend it and update my review accordingly. Thanks
