β β β β β I've been here twice in the evening and once for breakfast all the 3 times I vowed not to come back, however for various reasons I landed up here.
If you are expecting BK's service and taste better avoid and explore other places..
The staff is the most un helpful and don't know what they are doing. They have no sense of customer service, all the times I visited the AC wasn't working. No one was bothered to even listen when I complained about the AC.
The burgers don't taste as it should, in my last visit I've been served soggy & stale patty and the sauces were smelling like they are a year old.
Avoid this place if you are looking for quality burgers.

β β β β β When we've always visited this Burger King you just tell yourself 'be patient and keep calm'. The restaurant can boast of very badly manned counters, inattentive staff who aren't sorry to lose customers. I don't know about the food but we did get to try the cafe that was started fairly recently. After waiting at the unmanned Cafe counter for over 5 minutes, we decided not to give up and hailed someone down to start taking the orders and it was amazing to see the orders pouring in. The management needs to look into the issues at the restaurant and straighten out these niggling affairs.

β β β β β Ordered a Chicken Whooper at 3:00 am in the morning just before store closing. Received a super yummy and fresh whooper.
Kudos to the staff for delivering at such odd time of the day and still delivering the very best as always.
Loved every bit of it - crunchy tomatoes and lettuce with a perfect mayo and the grilled patty!

Definitely the place is very spacious and they have a Cafe now in the outlet.
The staff are friendly and courteous.
We tried the Mutton whopper, chicken whopper, hazelnut coffee and a chicken burger. I love the mutton whopper more cause the meat is tender and juicy.
Love my experience here.
