★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call and check, they’ll confirm the price at an competitive price and ask you to come down to collect from their store, once you reach they’ll say the price has increased and ask for service charges, documents, etc.
and they start playing blame games saying my brother confirmed the price not me, vice versa! Unprofessional, don’t waste your time with them!

Please be clear and genuine in your responses, we spoke more than thrice and not even once you asked for any documents, it’s not right to assume or claim that you had spoken about the documents. You had agreed to the currencies without any docs, if documents are mandatory, how did you offer the currencies to me in exchange of cash by increasing the rates??
