★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst money transfer service anyone in bangalore can avail.
In my case, it just took 2 and a half week for my money to reach its final destination, it seems as if the money were transferred through a ship and the ship got stuck in the atlantic for two weeks.
I am not blaming all the employees, better thing to do is never step by the place.

I first went to ThomasCook nearby 4 days back, they didn't have cash and said they will get it, but they failed on their word. Happened to know about this place and awesome they are open till late evening. And they immediately allowed NEFT, IMPS, Googlepay and made my day. Thanks a lot for great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they will ask for your aadhar card/voter id for photocopy and not return it by themself unless you ask it back. i forgot to ask it back (because they do things so bloody slow) and they kept it with them for weeks. when i called them to check if i had left my voter card they said "no". then i escalated the matter and they found my voter card and returned me. the staff is very arrogant. they think they are some kind of RBI people. they will quote random exchange rates over the telephone and in person. arrogant and lacking customer service attitude.
