★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the best gym in town. the facilities are good. the trainer is very helpful and knowledgeable. the beat part about this gym is not the gym and its equipment, which are very basic in nature. the best part about this gym is the instructor. he knows his job and does it well. the instructor has even trained mr. South asia in his own gym rather made him south asia in this gym. if you are the one who doesnt likes fancy gyms and want to transform your body, this is the right place for you
