★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager is ill-mannered and is unprofessional. The staff treats inquiry as slaves and don't give them proper information . The manager is busy in his exercises and is always abusing to gym team , other fellows. He is diluting gold's gym name.

Absolutely the worst experience.The staff were busy with there dalliance.The Trainers looked drugged.And be warned , this GYM is not for girls at all.So girls enter at your own risk.God save banaras , from such people and such gyms.The equipment were new , very well maintained.But it is not all that a GYM requires..I would not recommend it to anyone.Instead The Gym infront of it , has responsive staff and a warm culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst gym as compared to all golds in india no maintanence no issue resolving,miss behaving with Clint's , using all time bad words (gali) pleas while joining this gym think one time you will be throwing money in the gutter , if you ask they will promise to give the best services bt when they get the money they will ignore you so please kindly think and join .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've given 3 star for equipment and facilities. But trainers are not upto the mark they seem to be ignorant while you're doing the excercise unless you pay them for personal training. Disappointment for a Gold gym brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good trainers and the equipment for both cardio and weights are appropriate and well maintained. The weight training space should have been bigger as it gets too rushy in the evenings which makes it tough to get free space for weight training at peak hours
