Good for those who have atleast 2 to 3 months prior training.
Only one trainer is good.
Most of the Guys here take online training and do gym here.
If you can afford please do else you can go to Gym opposite to it Castle fitness gym they are really good.

Great trainers, with in-depth knowledge of maintaining overall health and fitness. Spacious for various trainings, and wide variety of equipment with facilities of changing room, lockers. They run great offers on special occasions too, and free trials are also available via member recommendation.
