The dam is one of the best places for the offbeat weekend gateway and is the perfect place for your much-awaited oneday trip. A good place for family picnic. The place is good for couples to hangout. The lake water is good source of fish. The hotels used to cook food as per requirements like chicken, rice, fish on chargable basis. Boating is available in lake water hourly 50 for 2 person & 100 for 4 persons. The lake bank used for picnic spot. One small park is available for children amusement. Moreover a good alround experience is available. Burudi Dam is located in Ghatshila, a small town in the East Sighbhum district of Jharkhand. Ghatshila is a small town located in the bank of river Subarnarekha and is surrounded by the Dalma hills. The dam lies amid the beautiful Dalma hills and is a famous picnic spot for the people of Jharkhand and West Bengal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a beautiful place to visit with family and friends it’s full of greenery fresh air.You can carry your own food or you can hire a cook at this place who can prepare food for you evening looks very pleasant.From high way to reach dam road is very bad small car with low ground clearance is risk.Educated people I see come for refreshments and enjoyment forget all ethics After having food plastic plate ,glass thrown everywhere made it all dirty and you can find beer bottles broken every where so one should have shoes for sure and reality there are poor kids around you can find hungry kids at least make sure no wastage of food can give to the poor people around.

Best for camping... And all..
Where you also find the nearby mountain suitable fo trekking purpose....
Also if you had a close eye on micro creature ..then photography would be better... Here
