★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s good place to spend some time with kids, located in Bannerghartta national park right next to the zoo. I’ve been there so many times so far, my daughter still liked it. There’s a beautiful garden both indoor and outdoor, lots of butterflies too.
It opens 9:30 am, we reached almost 10, so it wasn’t crowded and we had a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is quite and nice, looks like natural sounding. Big dome structure for butterfly to live and grow. We can walk inside the dome. But very less butterfly as on 07-12-2021. There is museum which shows different stages on butterfly life (egg, larve, pupae, adult) all in picture format and in live/dead body forms. Good to know and experience that. Other than Butterfly many other verities of insects and flies (quite creepy looking) also lives in Museum both in live and dead forms. But overall very nice place. Butterfly park reside beside Zoo, not inside zoo. Costs 50/adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well and naturally maintained butterfly park inside a dome . There is museum of butterfly with detailed info of how they form and various types of it . History and it’s variants. It has separate entry and fee, not attached to zoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must-visit park in Bangalore which is simply a soothing delight to the eyes. The park was just amazing and fabulous like a hill station. Highly recommended for family outings. There is a separate exhibition available for rare butterfly and fly species. The entry fee is Rs.50 and it's super worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a must visit place if you visit Bannerghatta national park. The entry fee is ₹50 as of Feb 2021. As per the information, the best time to visit was before 3pm, however it's open till 5pm. I visited at 3:15 pm and could see a plenty of butterfly. The museum has a plenty of information about the butterflies.
Went on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. And over-all it's a good place to click some nice pictures.

Maintenance : Clean and well maintained.
Ticket price: 50 for adult and 30 for kids between 5 -12yrs age. Below 5yrs, its free
Toilet Facility - available
Food - Either you can take your food and have it there Or go near the ticket Counter where plenty of food shops are available.
Tickets can be bought both at main park ticket counter or at butterfly park gate.
2 - 3 hr family and kids can enjoy here. Even Kids play park is present and you can visit as many times as you want to butterfly main dome where butterflies are protected and environment is created for their growth.
