★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the way they treat customers especially beware of the agent Rajbhan Singh. He promised me I would get 3 months additional warrant on my bought car but never actually processed it once I took the delivery. I tried to contact the owner Sarthak and he also didn’t pay much attention. Poor customer service.

The office is badly maintained. Dirty sofas and chairs, stained walls and poor hygiene. Looked like noone ever cleaned them.
A local delaer would have nicer and cleaner office space.
No body had face masks on.
Most folks were present in the office lacked in presentable professional get up and tone.
Mentioning all this because this spirit/attitude towards workplace /eye for how is your office space would somewhere also reflect in the upkeep and buying/selling process of the cars.

I sold my car @ cars 24 , I heard many times about cars24 services but after having F2F with cars 24 I really observed bad experience. and never buying or selling car through it. Firstly the person from cars24 , he calls me 10-15 times a day before deal & also create many confusion between me & buyer. Finally at the time of delivery he makes many false commitments but i ignore them & ready to sell my car. AT the time of delivery he makes another confusion for payment. He wasting my 3-4 hours & payment not done. After that on next he come & create another confusion of payment. I get payment in 2 modes Online transfer & also cash form buyer side in which buyer ask me for negotiation. I have also some challans the cars24 staff person ask me that cars24 hold your challan amount along with 1000 Rs extra as a security & after i make payment of all challan amount they release my payment along with 1000 RS security deposit, but now no body from cars 24 give response. Over all experience very bad i suggest that pls give your cars in exchange on showroom they give some less money but process is transparent from cars24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the worst service and fraud that I can get is from Cars 24.
As per Cars24 policy they spent average of Rs.20,000/- for refurbishment of car but when I received the car what I found is Car deliver to me is without service, 3 Power windows is not working, 2 back speakers of music system is not working, Colour Code Sticker and pollution is not provided, Minor Scratches and dents are there in car. After several calls and mail no solution is provided. Further I came to know car is accidental from back and both sides. Currently I came to know the pillar body of car is under the rust. Total fraud has happened with me. Currently it is about 25 days I have purchase car but no solution is provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Visited today after receiving a confirmation for test drive, but was informed that the car is not available.
The girl who was to show the car and facilitate test drive was too busy seeing off someone on a motorcycle. When she did find the time to attend to us, she was too busy managing the multiple phones she was carrying. Even CEOs of multi billion enterprises are not as non chalant as her in their customer interaction.
Their promise of instant refund is just a marketing gimmick, it's been over 5 hours still hasn't happened.
NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys dont let you test drive the car on road. They allow you to drive it only inside the basement parking ?? where u cannot fully test the car bcz the guy sitting wth u from thm keeps telling sir aaram se chalaiye parking h.
No point in getting yr car frm here.
