★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an Access 125 on 21st June 2019. Till four months I did not get my number. Finally I got the number on 1st of November 2019 almost after four and a half month. Till now my number is not been registered, I haven't got the Hollowgram number plate nor the RC book & insurance papers. When ever I call, the Proprietor say that he'll call me after some time & never calls back. I haven't got the service mannual till now due to which I cannot get my vehicle serviced, after asking for the service mannual he says that its not available in the company. He kept my vehicle for more than 15 days for servicing & did not do anything. They return the vehicle without doing anything. I have made a very big mistake by purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Very pathetic service.
Its 10th March 2020 now and still my vehicle is not been registered.
When I called on 5th February 2020 the Proprietor Mr Sunil Waghmare even told me that he'll give me a new vehicle If present vehicle is not registered in a month and still he is not showing any interest at all. Very Pathetic service.
