β β β β β In February 2018 I purchased my first used car from G.M. Auto. It was just a random visits across dealerships in Thane. Many cars were on display and the salesperson was very helpful. As I was on a low budget they took me to their warehouse which had even more cars. I test drove 3-4 cars that day and loved 2 Wagon R's of similar age and kms driven. We finalized that day in the evening. Later, my family didn't like the car I Booked so the next day i went back to book another one which i liked. They agreed to change the car and were supportive. Moreover they gave the best price for it too. The very day when i paid, they gave me delivery of the car and although I purchased the car as it is, they even fixed broken items like antenna and mudflaps plus gave it a complete clean, polish and basic service. They even added a free 3 month warranty on the car. Although it was a limited warranty, it was an add-on in the deal. I would definitely recommend visiting them and look at their collection. After several months of ownership I have made multiple updates and upgrades to the car and have covered atleast 12k kms in it. Truly a genuine car from G. M. Auto

β β β β β Giving fake commitments , vry bad customer service , providing fault cars . If car is faulty when we try to contact back never attended the call and block the numbers.
Dear customers never buy car from here no guarantee till when car will work and lots of small small issue come once u buy car.
They don't care about customer . Before buying car they follow up with customer in every day. Once u buy the car and they don't even care.
Also ull not get RC book they will give fake promise that it will deliver home and all but it's not happening....
Never buy cars from this dealer . Really vry bad experience ????.....

β β β β β Worst experience taking car from here. I request all to check before buying any car as they are not Genuine. They tamper with the meter odo kms are changed just to show that the vehicle is less driven. Also make sure to get the work done before taking delivery of car once payment is done then its like begging them for the work to be done. Accident Cars are been repaired and sold here. I have been got scammed with theses people i just want others be aware of it ? cheap service by GM auto i can send you the proofs of the car lists to be done but after delivery they took literally 2-3 months to get the work done that to of cheap quality with local products. Also make sure that all challans are been cleared by them before buying they took 3-4 months just to pay all the previous fines paythe fines. I hope you be aware of such scammer.

β β β β β Inspect the car twice before buying it. They give me accidental car.they refused to take the car back . their car has a lot of problems.I trust them blindly and they break my trust easily. Don't make any decisions in the excitement of buying a car .Take a guy with some experience when buying a car .do proper inspection .They fool you easily and it's their business to play with customer trust and make money .they doing dirty business .they copied GM name n making money on it .
