★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very retiiculas service form car 24 and theru his finance team.
The seller is direct demands for 20,000 pay immediately and get done booking otherwise it's alloted to other one and can't proceed for further documentation. Theri is focus only n only for selling a number of cars without proper information but not give the service and not a correct answer. If I call for delivery they give answer yes we will do the delivery in next 2-3days don't worry only do payment.
Wrost service, wrost experience, do not complete the word's committed by car 24 and his finance team.
In this finance team mr Anand and Mr sunny give wrong and different documents for availability. Totaly fraud and wrost service by cars 24 team.
If in one day 10 people give 20k ruppess then the company get 2lacs rupees per day and when they return to the customers don't know

Mr Dharmendra helped in smooth car delivery and answering all the questions and clearing doubts. Would recommend it to anyone looking for used car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an small office inside the mall! They advised to download the app and search for cars of requirements and reserve the car for a charge between 99-999 for a test drive. The reserve amount can be refunded if the reserve is cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked a car test drive at Vasant Kunj, Delhi location. Arrived by Uber from Indirapuram to reach Cars24 office. Surprisingly, the car was not available for Test Drive. I spent money on Uber to travel to and fro and spent valuable time but car was not available for Test Drive. Very unprofessional way to deal. The staff were sweet but that didn’t serve the purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't purchase cares through cars 24. They just List there cars to know the interest of buyers, ultimately they will sell car at higher price than car listed price.
I booked the car online, but no one contacted from cars 24 instead they cancelled my booking the again listed the same car with higher price.
I have lodged complaint also but till date no revert from there side.

Dont waste your time here better to buy car from local trusted dealer. offcourse he will charge more but at least you will get the car.
