★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! I had done the booking 3 days prior to the date I wanted to rent still the bike wasn't ready. The bike had no mirrors the condition of the bike was bad. It looked like hasn't been serviced from a long time. The brake got locked a couple of times and the brake play was more than 60%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating. Bykemania doesn't deserve a single star for the kind of bike they gave us. I had booked a Dominar 400 in advance for a long ride, 1000km for 6 days. To begin with, the bike was in a HORRIBLE condition. It looked like the bike was NEVER SERVICED EVER! The bike had a broken frame, the chain was so loose that it kept making a big noise, reducing the power of the bike by 50%. The fork had a bend and the handle was shaking. The bike was extremely dirty and when I asked for clean up, the staff said that that's not their duty. The staff was rude and we're behaving as though they were doing us a favor. I had to get the chain tightened outside as the staff refused to do so. We paid 10,000 rupees for this hire, I wouldn't have taken this bike for FREE if I was planning on a long ride purely for safety reasons. The bikes shock absorbers were NON EXISTANT. It kept going off on the slopes when accelerated a bit more and also kept going off on the highway at will when overtaking bigger vehicles. This bike should be directly sent to scrap. If you care about safety and life, do not hire bikes from Bykemania. Star rating -5 for bike condition. This bike should NOT be given for hire. I wouldn't recommend Bykemania even to buy milk from the neighborhood shop, forget taking the bikes on a trip.we should be paid for taking this bike keeping our life on the line. Bykemania owners please look in to this, isn't safety of your customers the utmost priority? I'm never taking any bike from Bykemania ever again!
PS: I have taken several bikes on rent including a Triumph Bonneville T100, BMW GS, Interceptor, engfiled 500 from other vedors and have not faced any major problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. They don't message properly to confirm your booking nor do they give number of person who can deliver. Also they are keeping id card whereas other competitors neither take any deposit nor any id card. I didn't get any good feeling from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staring from booking process to bike pickup everything was really smooth, the person who is handling all the formalities in tavrakere branch is really helpful and good.
He handed the over the bike on time, no deposit was charged as well.
Bike conditions were okayish but again you cannot blame it on BykeMania. We indians don't treat rented vehicles kindly.
I would love to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place only for emergency rental needs... Otherwise this place is too small in the basement no parking barely no roof at all above your head... Bikes are in barely running condition... You can't say your ride will be verified in both hygiene and regulations to ride both .. Because many bikes have no rear view mirror, no functioning indicators... Even my bike don't have high beam light in it when I rented...0% organized.. He searched for my bike key in a pile of keys ? like a burglar checking many keys which one is matching to the bike we rented!!

Bike Rented: RE Classic 350
Firstly I would like to post here as my genuine experience and this is the first time I'm renting a bike in Bangalore and I'm not Bangalore resident so travelling from Coimbatore(hometown) and I rented the bike through Bykemania. I done booking on 20th Oct 2021 and was waited for SMS or any mail confirmation so nothing I received. And lately after gone through all reviews and comments came to know that this Bike rental service have some issues and they do everything on manual way. I crossed my fingers on how the trip would be if any change on the bike that I booked or am I get good condition bike and so on. Without any mail or SMS confirmation on my booking. I started from CBE and have only the copy of confirmation with my Booking id in Website and in the APP. I taken screenshot of it. Reached to bykemania forum mall pickup location to pickup RE, sharply at 2PM(My pickup time).
I met Mr. Sathya bro who is the In-charge for Bikemania Forum mall pickup location who spoke with me very nicely and I felt really comfortable. He told me the bike is in good condition and don't worry like that. Came to know that Bykemania mostly doing things in a Manual way like they are yet to make the SMS or Mail confirmations to customers going forward. I took the bike and me along with 5 guys had a great ride. Till I return back the bike, I haven't faced any issue with RE. Brakes little bit sound it makes but overall i enjoyed my ride with help of RE from BikeMania. Thanks Sathya bro. Best thing is you ask any questions related to booking and bike issues, he convey in very friendly way.
Improvements: Kindly start confirming or send confirmation receipt via email and SMS. Contact number when tried is not picking up by customer care. The difficulty should be mitigated. Overall my rating is 4/5.
PS: Not sure about other locations pickups and services. For Forum mall pickup location its fine and friendly contact person is in-charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good response. Quickly finishes all the basic formalities and gave the bike in hand. No security deposit.
Important Documents that You need to keep Handy.
1. Original Driving Licence
2. Aadhar Card
3. Local Address Proof. This could be Company ID card, College ID Card also.
Remember You need to hand over the Bike before Time else they will charge 10times of the base amount.
