★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The event was my daughters birthday party. They arrived one hour late and were preparing balloons while guests were arriving. Then the whole staff disappeared for another hour and no one was there to operate the bouncy. Upon giving the owner Madhu feedback, there was no acknowledgment or revert back. We will not repeat again.
