★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 8th of August 2020 and in the middle of COVID pandemic ... v friends were getting bored to the core . It so happened that on 15th Aug our spouses had planned a cycling trip to foot of Nandi Hills It was then v girls thought we would join them as well . As none of us owned a bike , v decided to hire one . A lot of discussions happened and v decided to hire electric bikes, but from where !! one of the men approached Vijay from BYKETHEORY for the same . Even though v placed order in the end moment , BYKETHEORY was courteous enough to supply about 9 electric bikes at a reasonable hiring cost . The rest was history . V held the bikes with us and had a very good time for next one month .
The bikes were all brand new and very comfortable to ride . V r grateful to Vijay for being very understanding and for providing the bikes to our doorstep .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Byketheory for the first time. Cycles provided were of very good condition and well maintained ones at reasonable prices.
They also provide delivery and pickup but via third party involvement which was moderately satisfactory.
Communication was instantaneous. Calls and messages were always responded.
Though the seating of one of the cycles had issues, it could still be managed.
Would totally recommend Byketheory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byketheory made me believe that...,Learning cycling at any age is possible ? My dream of cycling came true because of the luxury & the comfort level of the cycle that Vijay offered me. I can honestly say that I celebrated my cycle riding everyday ?♀️ I feel so blessed that I could achieve this at the age of 53 ? Kudos to Byketheory & Vijay ?
