★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst in the heart of the city ( Jayanagar ) with a good collection of bicycles however lacks proper customer interaction along with the inability to touch the feel with no trial ride. If there is no touch and feel and trial ride people will as well purchase it online.
Improve customer service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a wide range of cycles to choose from and help you make that decision by giving their inputs on the cycles. Also the mechanics who repair and assemble cycles are true professionals. They give quick and wallet friendly advise on how the cycle can be fixed.
Have been going for regular maintenance checkups for the past 5 months and haven't been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V unhappy with service they provide. My first free service they have just wiped the cycle and kept it. Not even water wash. My Montra is having issues with gear and chain. The brakes screech itself is my horn. Cycle is good. But this store is not at all recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dear cycle enthusiastic friends I like to share my experience with track and trail. In the year 2015, I brought my cycle which is a Cannondale trail and going forward over the past few years as and when I got my cycle serviced by a authorized Cannondale service center, it came to my notice that some of my main parts used on my cycle were fake like the free wheel, brakes, gear shifters. I did some research and found out that the parts which were shown on the original website
And the ones which came out with the cycle were different as specified for this model.
I am enclosing some pictures that may help the future buyers who buy from here and some screenshots from the company. I would either like refund or new parts and I will not pay a rupee. Expect a immediate response.
