Worst hospital ever seen . Very unorganised . Their system made us Wait 1 hour outside the gate with injured friend. It took me almost 4 hours just to take x-ray.

Worst experience I faced in the hospital.. I lost my dad due to the late treatment of their Lerner doctors.. they dosent care of patient..when we admit our patient they start their treatment very late.. doctors are very inprofesssional.. all are learner's.. I request to all of you if you love your parents relatives please don't go to Sassoon..no proper treatment..worst hospital ever i seen.

third class hospital with third class staff and doctors. Doctors are rude. Patient will for sure suffer more...Staff doesn't know how to work. It took nearly 8 hrs to just prepare 5 paper documents.. 11 times correction made.. Staff Doesn't know how to read write. Too much spelling mistake done.. First educate yourself before becoming doctors or hiring staff . pathetic service.. Do consider private hospital before this hopeless area

I noticed the following during my first visit at this sarkari hospital: 1. Majority (not all though) of the doctors and attendants are rude. 2. None have names tags so you never know with whom you are talking to as the only reference you can share is "the doctor from room no. 71 has referred me to the doctor in room no. 35". 3. The doctor (as well as the trainee) and specially the attendant in the "eye department" were polite and helpful. This was the only department where I felt that they have the motivation to help the patients. (They are the reason for 2 stars rating, otherwise it was a 1 star). 4. If you want to experience rudeness marinated in the poison of a South African Black mamba then (if I remember correctly), visit the lady doctor in room number 71 (just enter the room, on the left side table, she will be there with focused on her cell phone and eyes rolling every time someone reaches out to her). The male doctor in the same room (next to her) was also very economical with words and had the expression that "itti pagar main, ittaich bolega aur karega main". 5. I am regular at visiting Military hospitals where the doctors are also attending a sea load of patients. However, they are polite and one would never get an expression that they are being "forced" to do their job. Also, because of their name tags it's easy to communicate. Plus, just at the entry, there is a huge board highlighting which floor has which department so that those who can read avoid asking such questions to attendants (which reduces their frustration as well). These practices will surely help Sasson hospital as well. 6. Rajkumar Hirani must visit this hospital. (and that too as a patient) to make Munnabhai M.B.B.S 2. I can assure him that the climax would be drastically different from what it was in his 2003 movie. He can also find a lot of J dot Ashatna's (as well as Ashatni's). The best would be to try that "Jaddo Ki Jhappi) and see how it end up with epic fails. 7. Overall, it was indeed an ultimate "Mamu experience".

Sasoon management take some lessons regarding how to behave with patients from YCM hospital management, YCM its best hospital,,, finally sasoon hospital management and staff behaviour are too ridicules and Third class sasoon all staff from top to bottom hopeless, nonsense ... ??
