To bus services & rooms provided contrary to the committments made by urs agency. We think that it deserves to be placed to the consumer forum for reddresal our grievance & to warn the prospective participants likely to make your tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour and travels provide assistance for travelling to places all over india. The people are friendly and provides possible aid to the guests as necessary. But their trips are not enough as the places are not explored to the right extent. I have provided three stars for their excellent hospitality but i would give two stars for their tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this company don't even deserve 1-star.After our Kerala trip in 2014,I went to Rajasthan with my family on 12th Oct,2018.The quality has deteriorated.They provided us with below average hotels in some places and when we asked to change the room,they said that it's a matter of one night so just adjust. Like seriously, am paying my bills just to listen to these excuses. The trip manager wasn't courteous at all and went on arguing with the customers.Talking about the food, it was good but limited.When you ask something for the second time,they just refuse to give it or rather don't pay any attention.AM just astonished with such poor services of the company. So my fellow friends don't ever go with this tourism party.Don't make that mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting nepal thg Banerjee Special on 9.11.13.Their foods are very good but cars and hotel rooms not upto the mark.They are taking lot of money but according to that car & rooms are not matched.Our Kathmudu's Hotel is very poor.No hot water. Rooms are very small.No seating chairs. Our tour manager (Mr Manick) is also not efficient.
Over all my experience is very bad.I strongly recommend not to travel with Banerjee Special,Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services have deteriorated by leaps and bounds. Lackluster management rude staff. Better look for other options Banerjee Special is surely not the worth of the money.
Tip: I had been very unfortunate to book for the North India trip with them. It was totally pathetic. Quality of food was not up to the mark. The Manager was upright RUDE hotels were very cheap. The entire trip with Banerjee Special was a NIGHTMARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad Agency. I traveled 3times with the company. It is ist time perhaps 2016 February I made a bombay- goa tour in which all the co travellers were too good to forget them till today 2020 but The manager Mr Sinha was not at all a good person. Only he misbehaved me at Goa hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed a trip to Kerala with Banerjee special. The trip was overall good. Cooks were really good and made delicious food. In some cases hotel quality was not up to the mark..in 2 or 3 places they gave low quality hotels and as we were 3 people in my family they didn't provide triple bed and only provided mattress
However in some places hotels were really good.. personally i felt the trip plan could be better because we missed some places ..
