★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience-- three days and two nights on a river cruise in five star living, wholesome delicious breakfast lunch evening snacks and dinner. Divine river scene with forests - truly awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company was easy to communicate with and friendly early on but once they learnt that I am Indian but my partner is British they wanted to charge each of us premium foreigner prices (even though I am Indian) and stopped replying to questions and did not clarify the exhorbitant prices being asked for. The rates are quite a bit
more than that of Kerala luxury houseboats (which come with full a/c, jacuzzi etc) and for a little more fee one can use the much more luxurious and recommended vivada cruises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of planning trip to Sundarban was finalised.We were fortunate enough to choose a very comfortable luxury houseboat which cannot be compared with any other.Thanks to all the staff and crew members who were very friendly and co-operative .Will cherish this trip life long.

Hope, to have a better trip in Kolkata if there is a next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the foods served onboard- staff were nice and happy to make the guest feel comfortable. Quite a few areas of improvements are there and perhaps if owners would gain some international experience for themselves, they will be able to take the business to the next level up! Being professional about every guest regardless of their origin or what any guests ancestors did to the country should be immaterial to the operators. Being professional means every tourist being treated with equal respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awesome experience with them. Most striking feature for me was the hospitality shown by them, especially the way they took care of my toddler son (2and half year old). They were very eager in providing the best experience we can have on this tour. And one thing more... they have got one of the best cooks....food was just too good. They also took extra effort in arranging for cake and decoration of my room for my anniversary. I recommend this tour.... you won't feel disappointed.

1) Organised very nicely.
2) Arrangements in the houseboat was very good.
3) Food served was of good quality and quantity.
4) The staff were very courteous and helpful.
5)The sightseeing were very satisfying.
Improvements
1) The transit vehicle to the ghat was in ramshackle condition, since it is paid by us a better conditioned vehicle should have been arranged.
2)The boat arranged for transit to and from the houseboat, should be have been better, you cannot expect us to seat on a muddy floor of the boat. Also these boat have no barrier on the sides. A severe safety concern is there.
3)The embarkation and disembarkation point of the Houseboat have serious safety issues - with the anchors a serious accident can happen. Need to work out an alternative point for it.
4)The porter service was adequate while going but on return nobody was around. The concern tour manager posted there was not very attentive.
