★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’ve no back up plan,,if anything occurs during ur travel.if booking cancel for natural calamities.they don’t have 2nd accommodations to provide u.you have to arrange all yourselves. As u paid 75% before start ur journey,,so according to me every travel agency must have a back up ..we faced this situation last year 31st December 2021..horrible services they provided us.so before start with them ,,carefully deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be attracting more tourists if there was a network tower nearby, wi-fi, better beds, a tv atleast and toiletries. The planning could have been better the 1st day was wasted although we paid for the car, seeing Khayerbari Tiger rescue center and also if the tickets for the jungle safaries had been booked in advance it would save tourists availing the services ,from unnecessary hassle. You could include the price of the safaris in the package.
Otherwise the experience was good, the room service was excellent, especially of Devanand. But the the above mentioned amenities if provided would improve the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very much satisfied from very beginning we know Wonder Vision, and this time too they gave us the same experience.
Our proposed tour was Darjeeling and suburbs along with pick and drop. Every desired thing was cleanly executed by them. The hotel recommended by them was good . But the cherry on the cake of this tour was our driver our guide our friend Sandeep. He is such a wonderful guy ? cheers and kudos to Arindam da and Pradip da. Waiting for next tour ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had done booking for NE with Wonder Vision. Our choices were to spend quality time within nature. 3 places that Wonder Vision had selected for us were exactly at per our choice. The place within nature, the hospitality of the owners in all home stays were beyond and above our expectations. All together it was an amazing experience for us. We are grateful and thankful to Wonder vision for their service and support. The most beautiful feelings were that almost on every day during our tour the people of Wonder Vision including the owner were in touch with us. I wish all the great success for Wonder Vision for all their upcoming endeavors and definitely looking forward to have another tour with Wonder Vision at earliest possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked rooms for our Dooars Tour in 22 & 23 December. Being in such a demanding time, they give us the best price and best in the class service.
More to add, they have given us a great rooms at Chilapata Forest and Jayanti Riverside. Realy authentic and genuine person. Definitely a great thums up for the service.
Must visit with Wonder Vision.

They planned and organized my trip within 1 hour that too with the best facilities for stay,fooding and travel. Arindam Da is so good and experience d he made my itinerary within few minutes that too in the way I love. Full of variation from adventuresome and risky trail of Sandakphu to peaceful and relaxing homestays of Darjeeling villages. From rocky wildlife sanctuaries to deep drive to river Teesta for river rafting. From homely food of Takdah Homestay to scenic beauty and environment of Fikleygaon. The food we had during our stay was also full of variety ethnic Tibetan Bread, Thupka, Chicken Bar-B-Q and lots..
The biggest part is that we received a very good behavior and service in all the homestays..The drivers were great,always in time and serving with responsibility..
