★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and most unethical tour operator.Avoid them. Go with any other. Had the most bitter experience in Andaman. They always try to curtail expenses even at the cost of ruining your trip. What they say during booking is exactly the opposite of what u can expect. Their agent at Andaman Mr Mithun tried to extract more money over and above the full amount by flatly denying to show us even basic spots such as Saw Mill , marine museum unless we paid 1200 rs extra. Their contact persons at Havelock and Neil donot pick up phones and we were stranded for more than an hour trying to locate our car. Then they squeeze 10 persons in a xylo car , apart from the discourteous behavior. Their hotel Evergreen residency at Port Blair lacks basic cleanliness and room service. During our stay a good number of visitors suffered from stomach upset after consuming their food. When stored water is exhausted it takes at least 20 minutes to resume supply even if u r in the middle of your bath. Their drivers never arrive on time and we almost missed our ship. Overall an awful experience due to these unscrupulous cheats. I donot want anyone else to undergo similar experience.
Go with them at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst travel agency ever, I had seen. We traveled to Sikkim in the month of October. They took money about 4 months ago. But they did not give suitable hotel even they were not able book car in time. Most horrible experience by this travel agency. I prefer you not to go anywhere with this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travel agencies in Kolkata. We went to Andaman with them. The hotel in port blair was worst. So was the food. And their staff’s behaviour was very very bad. I will suggest no one to go with these guys. Dont trust their words
