★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Bhutan with Jatrik! The place was great. Jatriks hospitality was top notch. Food is a big problem in Bhutan and they cooked and fed us authentic Bengali meals all three times a day. Even the hotel rooms were good! No complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently myself with my wife and son have visited Srilanka (Kandy,Nuwara eliya Mirissa Colombo alongwith surrounding places via Kandla and Ahmedabad with Jatrik Travel Agency who have organizied the trip for our family. Ayan Roy have organized the trip and made all the arrangements from Jatrik's side. Right from briefing about the trip, he was keeping close in touch with us throught the entire tour. Ayan's dedication and customer oriented attitude is friendly and very much appreciable. Almost each and every day he contacts with me over whatsapp call. Sanjoy Saha also very much familiar and keep in touch over whatsapp call and SMS .
The arrangements made by Ayan on behalf of Jatrik with the help of overseas local tour operator and also quality of hotel booked were very nice .The cooperation regarding VISA, COVID related issues and Air Subidha were all fabulous arranged by Ayan which helped me hassle free journey.
Overall our Srilanka tour was almost flawless and memorable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on Gujarat tour from 22nd Jan to 5th Feb, 2022 with Jatrik travels. Originally it was scheduled between 20th Nov to 5th Dec, but it was postponed due to certain reasons. We were accompanied by tour manager Bapan Mukherjee and tow others Babli da and Bishu da from Jatrik travels. I would say Bapan da is a ver good manager, very polite, friendly, well mannered. Similarly Babli da was also good, used to tell us many good stories and kept us always smiling. Bishu da is a very good cook. We enjoyed very good fooding and lodging at every places. Our tour was good , sightseeing was good. We missed
2 places Niskalank Mahadev temple at Bhavnagar due to evening setting in and tide and Lukshmi Vilas palace as it is closed on Mondays, so I would request Jatrik travels to tweak future tours accordingly. Also I would like to say on the last day of the tour in Ahmedabad there is no programme and we are free to do shoping only, I would want Adalaj step wells and Hutheesingh Jain mandir to be included in the itiniery. Overall it was a great tour, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly satisfied with the arrangement and management of the Agency.Communication between managers and drivers should be improved. Evening snacks should be improved. However, the tour to Arunachal on 24.10.21 was overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and smooth experience. The agency arranged our tour to Maldives at Medhufushi Island. The agency were available for communication 24*7. Even at 4.30 in the morning they received my call to help. Special thanks to Mr. Ayon. The resort chosen was also marvellous. Only drawback is that our first night was wasted due delay of flight. We couldn't stay at our respective resort on the first night. The time calculation should have been more carefully designed. Otherwise a satisfying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my fiance and I have visited Maldives and we were awestruck by the whole arrangement made by Manish & his Jatrik Travel Agency team starting from seaplane, luxurious hotel stay and every single thing. He has provided all the details/documents beforehand and explained everything due to which we didnot face any issue while travelling.
Our stay was in Centara Grand Resort & Spa and it is undoubtedly one of the best in Maldives and the hospitality was so good. Manish has offered us the best possible packages and also within our budget.
I would highly recommend Jatrik Travel Agency as they will leave no stone unturned to give you the best experience of a trip. Looking forward to have this wonderful team by our side in many more future trips.
