The service center is filled with latest machines and trained staff. I got my Casio watch SS belt repaired under warranty and it was corrected in best possible way which never bothered me again till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is the place to get your watches repaired. Really competent and helpful staff, don't charge you at all if you ask them for some petty stuff like being unable to adjust the time of a watch etc. Only authorized center in Pune for most top brands. So best to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had changed battery for my G shock watch here, when I checked it after battery replacement the illumination light was not working, the technician told there is problem in pusher and needs to replaced with cost of ₹1500 but was not the actual issue, when approached again the technician came to realise his mistake and changed the weak battery with new battery again and the watch was working fine.
They being such a old player in market should not advise customer to replace parts (which are so costly) on the bases of stereotype judgements.
Would recommend users to service their watches at authorised service stations only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Center is located just next to their watch showroom. It is air conditioned and you can relax on the sofa while they service your branded watch. The staff are well qualified and very courteous. They will give you an oral quotation before doing your work. They service all the reputed brands of watches.

Thankfully they had it, I couldn't find it anywhere.
Also they gave a quick clean up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my dads' very old seiko5 automatic wrist watch restored from them. I think they did a great job, also did not charge extravagantly. I read somewhere that they also won the best Seiko service centre award. Highly recommended, if you want to get genuine repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 17kms from my place and finding a parking is a nightmare but I would not trust anyone else with my watches other than CT Pundole & Sons. Very professional, transparent and punctual. Highly recommended for all your watch servicing and repair requirements irrespective of the brand. They service and repair the expensive ones too.
They also have a watch shop with three dedicated attendants for parking.
