★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience at The Time Shop. They repaired my 50 year old clock to perfection. The owner, Mr. Shabbir is a gem of a person. The shop has a lot of variety and I purchased a rare watch from here which can be called a collecter's item. The Time Shop is a must visit shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away in a big shopping complex, The Time Shop comes across as a very resourceful place for its size. The service offered is spot on to begin with, and only gets better as you spend time, even if it's your first visit here. Shabbir makes sure that transactions are performed with the highest levels of integrity and sincerety, for e.g. if he tells you how much time it's going to take to service a watch, it's done in that time, no matter what. If the shop has to procure things for you, the best price is guaranteed and in cases where there are roadblocks, Shabbir proactively reaches out to let you know - a welcome trait as service is the only differentiator in businesses these days.
I have been a customer for more than 15years now, and not once has The Time Shop given me any reasons to complain. The service offered here is much much better than most of the biggies on the same road, (know what I mean ;))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Time Shop is the best place i know of in Pune to Repair or Service a Clock or watch , modern or antique. The shop has been in existence since the early 90's. The owner Shabbir himself attends to the job personally. Shabbir does a perfect job and has even serviced antique clocks to perfection. The rates are affordable and reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Time Shop takes me back in time. Shabbir Bhai has been a MUST DO call for my family and me, at MG Road, Pune. Not only does The Time Shop stock trending clocks and watches, but you get very sage advice from Shabbir Bhai, on what will best suit your need. From my daughter's choice, to a large clock for our Society's Club house, Shabbir has gone out of his way to make sure we get what we are looking for. And how can I not mention his skill with repairing old style mechanical timers? He resurrected an old Alarm Clock, of the mechanical winding type that I used effectively through my training days in the 1980s. It is an almost antique piece at home today, marking time for us all. Great shop, this!
