★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased SEIKO KINETIC AUTOMATIC watch from them December 2018 at the sales time there talks were very sweet.
My watch required minor service person in the shop at their store inspected & said ₹1250/- charges he Said after two days you will get it I wasn't convinced with his answer.
I knewd there were more watch shops .
Iwent three shops ahead to C.T PUNDOLE same way I asked them about the minor service gentlemen took my watch told me to sit for few minutes after 2-3 minutes he said sir your watch is ready I asked him how much should I pay for service he said nothing to pay it's just a minor service this is the Difference between.
I don't say you do for free but at same time don't charge your customers a bom .Be reasonable with them do the business with ethics so you can build your own value customer will visit wherever it's about the watches.
I also came to buy new watch for my wife birthday in Jan but with this kind of behaviour I will definitely not buy from Just in time because of your ruthless experience.

Had been looking for a digital smart watch for my daughter. Visited multiple shops on MG road but none of them the reputed brands in stock (not even the high end watch shop near this shop).
Opted for a TIMEX watch and the offer was amazing. The salesperson explained the features in detail and the billing was smooth.
So far so good. Had a satisfactory transaction.
