★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. The staff is extremely confident while selling the product and gives the so called lifetime guarantee. In my experience, while buying bangles for my wife, the product didn't even last 5 days.
Thereafter, on going back to the place for refund, the staff was extremely uncooperative. Ms Varsha is one such staff. Extremely sad place and not worth the money being asked for.
Just for kicks, when you go to the shop ask for logic of costing. I guarantee they won't have any explanation. Apparently they know the rates by doing some magical calculation which they only know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live abroad and my grandmother got me this dress prior to when I come to visit. However, I suffer from eczema and the material of the dress would not have suited my skin condition. Instead,we rang up the store to request if I can exchange the dress for something else that would suit me better - we did not demand a refund, just an exchange for items amounting to the money we initially paid. The lady from the store (Priya) was extremely rude and denied any exchange and face value. My grandmother is a loyal customer to this store and was hugely insulted by how harsh she was. Rest assured, we will not purchase any items from here ever again. Horrible customer service, horrible clothing too in all honesty.

The service there was really great, they helped in selecting the perfect fit and helped us choose jewelry too.
