★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have hired a cab for my travel to Coorg. First of all their customer care never sends a mail or message about the details of cab. One day before site was also not reachable. Anyway, I got a call from the driver the evening before the journey. I have repeatedly told him that I will start at 6. The next day morning even after reminding him at 5:30 a.m., he reached around 7 a.m. Driver was ok. But the car AC was not working. We were lucky that it was not rainy season. Another issue was the driver was playing his own loud music all the time. I have told him to lower the volume so many times. There is no feedback call from Vajra Cabs post journey. I will not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Vajracabs from Bangalore to Ooty (via Mysore - Bandipur) for 2 days. Driver staff was excellent, prompt and guided us for places to visit and assisted in local sightseeing.
Vajracab support team assisted me in selecting vehicle and KM package as per our requirements.
Highly recommended for a family trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service, Cab, Driver. Had a pleasant trip with VajraCab Service. I have used most of the cab services in Bangalore but these people are really good compare to other cab service provider.
Only concern is they are not providing the cab details in your mail or sms. Drivers will directly call you to confirm. Apart from that everything was superb.
There are many reviews on other website but not in google.
