★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 Chicken rolls which were sticky as the wrap was sticky & Smelly Asked for water the guy at the back said he was closed for cash up with an attitude When I request him again he said Kar lo Jo Karna Hai these guys should be thrown out of hospitality industry to be in an international Airport they are just spoiling the name of This Airport the Supervisor Vepin was very rude Approx 2336 hrs 18/11/17 even the receipt is wrong they are making money behind the counter I didn't even get a receipt for the water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhupender Dagar, the guy on duty, on 26.10.2019, Time 04:50am, was absolutely rude when I enquired about the freshness of the sandwitch. He responded to me by asking me to go to some other counter.
I don't understand what are managers even looking for recruiting such staff. Arrogance, I bet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhere near gate 6.... I was given a cardboard cup of tea with a lid. The cup was too squishy and spilled over my hand, boarding card and passport so I went back and politely asked for a cup to put my existing cup in to strengthen it. I was told 'no, the cup is accountable madam'. I was refused a cup several times. After becoming more irritated by this, the manager (?) then patronisingly told me to 'calm down' even though I'd spilled hot tea over me and was only asking for ONE CARDBOARD CUP!! Eventually, they took my tea and poured it into a new cup and put a new lid on. I then pointed out that they had now given me a cup which was 'accountable madam'! Not only that they'd given me a new lid which I hadn't asked for this more 'accountable' products wasted! Serious stupidity by the staff there! No logic and one lost customer - there's a Costa coffee just a bit further along so do yourselves a favour and go there instead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paneer wrap was excellent. However tea was horrible, it's a dip tea and more like a hot water only. But they have shown a mudka tea. Cost is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even rating it 1 star . Their staff behaviour shocks me as how come they are operating at an international airport . No one is wearing mask , no one is washing hands , staff is ill-mannered and the way they speak to you amounts to shouting at customers . I have not even seen this kind of behaviour even at road side stands , worst place to eat .
