A terrible experience, the staff is ignorant and unprofessional. Even though we had already filled an online form, we had to spend our time in this unhygienic environment waiting so the staff would slowly make a progress. We had to make them to reprint the docs FOUR TIMES as they made silly mistakes every time. They messed up the date of the COVID test (it is important as we need this test to be taken at time in order we could board), ‘forgot’ to put my surname, misspelled everything, did not want to admit that they were wrong. There were 4 people near our manager just laughing instead of working/helping.
It would be better if these people knew that they need to work properly and respect the customers. Find a better lab to get tested. Don’t waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Rapid PCR on the Genestring website and payed 2900 INR online. Upon arrival they told me that they no longer provide this service. There was zero consideration for the fact that I would not be able to check in on my international flight. After putting a lot of pressure they finally decided to give me a rapid PCR and they send the results within 20 minutes after the sample was given.That seems impossible hence I suspect them of not even actually testing the sample. To be sure, I also gave a sample for the RT PCR test, this was required for my connecting flight. Genestring never gave me the results for this test, also after contacting them multiple times they were not able to send the results. Don't rely on this company for your travels! I hope this warning saves other travellers from going through the same troubles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For direct flight to toronto below is the process. Get to terminal 3 of the airport. From the lift go down to level one and on the bridge to metro station you can see the following where you can get your sample taken.
You can come back here to collect physical copy of the results.

Nothing out of the ordinary.
I'd rate them higher if they respected the appointment times or at least created separate lines by flight times instead of just shouting out flight times and asking people with earlier flights to skip the line. People who miss this can just wait in line without knowing that.
Also you get the results via email and also have an option to collect the hard copy. Also when you get the email, just click on "Download all" instead of the "check your reports" button. That should download it to your phone directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RT-PCR test reports will be available in 8hrs and Rapid-PCR test report will be available in 1.5hr.
And you can go outside after the test. Also check the timings in pic of when you can take the test according to your flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For flight to Canada take the lift down to terminal 3 through the gate (below images). There is a line for the appointments slot. Ours was from 12pm-1pm. Takes around 45 min to 1 hour for your turn for the test. You can get the results via email or indian number. You can also collect the results from inside the terminal 3 near gate 8.
Also, the authorities don't respect the time slots. So just come ahead of time and stand in line
