★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes they serve stale food... And sometimes they don't even know if they took the cash from you. Cafe coffee day is the only place open all night long in the hospital and very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good but doesn't offer anything to match the desi taste...!!! You have to make yourself like the taste of anything and everything that is offered here...!!! Not much of an issue if it's located outside the premises of a Hospital but is definitely an issue when it becomes the sole supplier of eatables and tea to those waiting outside the ICU area and other places of Hospital...
Now anyone visiting the Hospital won't necessarily be an upscale guy whose taste buds have been suited for CCDs offerings....!! Wish CCD offered something for Indian taste buds too...!!! Especially at places like a Hospital where one has to eat at CCD more by compulsion than choice... :)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CCD prepares standard preparation every where and this place is no big different. Staff is helping location is very good and relaxing , generally not much crowded so it's soothing and refreshing and you can be done quickly too.
Wash room is only one but clean. Staff is helpful and ample space for parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kokilaben hospital has many CCD within the hospital. Variety is not much. Small but comfortable sitting arrangements. Rates are bit higher than usual. But in case of emergency can go for it. Quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean place. 4 star rating because don't know who will sit and drink coffee at CCD. But this hospital has multiple outlet of CCDs on different floors and cleanliness and hygiene is brilliant.
