★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It really takes something really impressive to get a 5/5 from a food critic as me ? (No ! I am not boasting)
This place is one of the well maintained CCDs ever.
?Ambience - In love with this so-spacious yet clean outlet. The decor is amazing. The seating spaces are so comfortable.
?Food - Had ordered a Sandwich & Shakes from the BOGO offer. The sandwich was amazing as usual. Loved the Kesari milk Shake.
?Service - The staffs are well coordinated and courteous. In awe of the service.
Kudos to the entire team. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming to this branch of CCD for over two years now and I’m amazed at how well run and maintained it still is after all this time.
AC and seats are all in good condition and the staff are polite and clean and serve at the tables very often.
One can accrue and spend the CCD points without a hitch at this branch.
All in all it’s an oasis of calm and coffee in our neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we were confronted with the strange behavior of two CCD staff, we just sat for five minutes and we asked for water, in these few minutes, they kept asking for orders, as if we were not going to eat anything there, their behavior was very rude, a worker, probably Randita, she spoke very disrespectfully. It's shocking to us, because we loved the CCD, and spent a lot of time there ... but sure we would never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's a guide if you are planing to come here. First don't hesitate, just open the door and take a comfortable seat. Then go to their menu option in here and scroll down to bottom, tap that link and scan or put that table number that you have in front of your table, choose something delicious, seat back and relax you could also pay in cash or online transaction. If your order coming late, then ping them that you order from That table code. Lastly if you didn't pay online then tell them what you have and pay them. SIMPLE....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe Coffee Day at Hatibagan is where you should go if you want to burn money and compromise with your health. We went there during Durga Puja and had the worst service ever. Except for one or two dishes, the entire non-veg section was closed. The garlic bread was a disaster. So was the brownie. We thought it would be a perfect hang out place, but it cropped up to be torture indeed.

A little bit on the pricier side considering other cafe options..but definitely a lot cheaper than American counterpart(you know which one)But well ,nice ambience, charging points, free wifi, makes it up for that price. Also as a black coffee lover , they have good quality espresso and the Assam tea is also a good option to try out.
