★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took half an hour to make a single sandwich. Cut it in half, called it two sandwiches and charged 400 rs for it. The only reason this store has customers is because attendants of patients need to eat something while visiting their loved ones.Clearly CCDs business model is based on setting up in locations with limited options and overcharging customers for a shoddy product and shoddier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Café Coffee Day is located in the premises of Apollo Hospital (Bannerghatta Road). It is suggested you only go here if are going to Apollo hospital.
It is a small but good branch and has a seating capacity of 12 people. It has a good menu and the service is fast. Only 2 staff members are there but they are very kind and knowledgeable.

Not the worth for money neither worthy enough to be called CCD of average standard # will never ever make mistake of going here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know the cafe was inside the hospital grounds until I reached the spot using google maps, so yeah that needs to be said. The seating is out in the open. The lady serving is quite friendly but she is serving alone so it is difficult for her to serve fast to all customers, so the service was extremely slow. Had to wait so long to order and then wait more till the order was being prepared. Also, we had ordered cold coffee with icecream and it was not up to the standard at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean nice and open place to have some coffee or cake. Next to the parking of Apollo hospital. The staff is nice and professional and the coffee and cake were as per expectations. A bit on the expensive side. I paid Rs. 501 for two coffees and a muffin cake. If you need something to distract yourself when your mind is busy.
