★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had reached CST station early in the morning and needed a coffee badly. It was around 8.45am and I wash shocked to see this outlet of Ccd operational. I ordered Cappuccino and Cookies. Coffee was little less strong but Over all it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sitting arrangement is pleasant. The restroom were clean but quite congested. Of course, the items they had to offer were costly, but that's the business model. Plus they have a lot of debt to pay. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -The place is near CST station and a cosy place to chill and sit with your friends.
-The cafe area is small but has enough chairs for people to sit.
- People who want to work and sip coffee in their break time, this would be the perfect place to be, as it is quiet.
-I tried Gourmet Belgium Cold Chocolate, which was worth the price, it is similar to cold cocoa but with extra creme.
-I also tried strawberry milkshake which is served in bottle.
- On top of everything, I received good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here as I was around Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in Colaba, and also there’s a dearth of decent coffee in India. The general ambience is fairly standard for CCD og comfortable sofa seats around coffee tables, except for the extra breakfast tables around the windows. The interior is also much more compact than a standard branch of CCD, but it is in a very touristy part of Mumbai.
The selection of food on display is also smaller than average for CCD, but I did go for the rich cocoa chocolate pastry. The staff warmed it up for me, which I didn’t ask for and not to my liking. I also got a king sized latte, which was good, just the usual CCD standard.
When I paid for the order, the staff didn’t have enough change and I said they could give it to me later. Something which never happened and I had to go and ask for it myself, which was just embarrassing, so I wasn’t impressed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located exactly opposite the CST Station. Coffee options as usual any other CCD place. cool place to carry out meetings or just to spend some time with friends or close one's. Options for savoury as well as sweet items available as well. Courteous staff keep it up.
