★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. A glass of cold coffee costs Rs. 220/- However the interior of restaurant is good. I was very trusty while roaming in Puja pandals and went to this restaurant. I ordered Veg sand witch and cold coffee. Complementary free wi fi was there and speed was very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not very good. They mis lead customers into buying costly and unnecessary items. Moreover they were not even apologetic about it! Will never return to this outlet of Cafe Coffee Day. Because of one or two such staff entire chain of CCD's reputation goes for a toss. Quality of Cheese Chilli Toast was also not good! The only grace saviour was their coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is perfect for some self time and ofcourse for bringing your plus one, and more! ;) chairs are very cozy and service there is really good and well mannered. I literally had no compaints on my visit. The price is a tad bit high( for the ccd specials), but if you're staying there for 2hours or more with just one order, then its perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality has gone too low. Staff at present is manipulating the quantity and coming up lame excuses only. I am adding the picture of what is supposed to be given as per menu and what was served. I have been one of the oldest customer and huge fan of CCD chains but this center has degraded like anything.
