★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameful behaviour by the staff. They didn't want to sell cafe frappe and told only option available is some expensive variant of cold coffee with chocolate. When I said, just don't put chocolate and give me plain cafe frappe, they said we will charge the expensive variant amount. Audacious behaviour.

It is located in a residential area, far from traffic, and so it gives a very peaceful ambience to sit and relax while you have your favorite cup of drink and snack.
I went few times, and found it to be a getaway from my stressful day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe coffee day has lost its charm that it used to have years ago.
Went today to the outlet after years and was really disappointed. Air conditioning was not working, window blinds were broken, paint was coming off the walls and the food was just pathetic and way too expensive.
One can get a really good meal along with coffee at any Mcdonalds
