Cafe Roberto is a new Italian restaurant opened in the busy streets of Baner. It is a pure vegetarian Italian restaurant. I was amazed to see that being an Italian restaurant, it is pure veg. On Saturday evening , I want with my friends to try authentic Italian restaurant. We ordered Burrata salad, Pesto gnocchi, Asparagus pudding, Bruschetta, Ravioli, Tiramisu. Asparagus pudding with cheese sauce.Ravioli was served with sundried tomatoes. Tiramisu was perfectly layered with coffee powder, which enhanced the taste more. Every dish served to us was lip smacking and I will surely recommend this place for Italian food lovers.

Cafe Roberto is at Baner. This cafe is owned by Uncle Roberto who is the chef from Italy. Uncle Roberto attends so well with a huge smile on his face. ⭕️Ambience - Small and cute. The cafe has comfortable white seatings with yellow bulb decorated ceiling. ⭕️Food - Fancy Italian food directly from Italy. I had ?Minestrone Soup ?Broccoli Soup - I really liked it. Taste is too good. ?Brochetta - Toppings of tomato ?Asparagus Pudding ?Green Lasagne ?Devil Lasagne - Crispy and yummy ?Orange Mermalade - Fresh orange juice with pulp ?Quattro Formaggi cheese sauce - seems like salty kheer ? not recommended ?Pasta Raivoli - Simple white sauce pasta ?Risotto - Potato fillings in red sauce ?Buratta Salad - Must have. Salad having tomatoes, spinach, cheese that’s formed into a pouch and then filled with soft, stringy curd and cream.. ?Tiramisu - The best thing in the cafe and savage to mouth. ?Cheese cake - Soft and tasty ?Hazelnut cake - Too chocolaty and yummy ?Lemon cake - Can be avoided ⭕️Service - White crockery. Friendly nature. Fast service.

Wholesome hearty true authentic Italian delighta straight from the kitchen of Mr. ROBERT prepared with passion by his own hands could set anybody's heart on fire. Started with the soups, broccoli soup was a must try, cheesy broccoli smooth soup with Italian spices. Yet the bestest part was their super cheesy and freshly baked green lasagne and devil lasagne. Perfectly spiced and super cheesy. Also their fresh orange juice was amazing and refreshing. This place has an excellence in desserts where, Tiramisu and bakes cheese cake were something out of the world and not to miss if you are ever visiting Cafe Roberto.

This place has been doing the rounds for being the authentic Italian place in the scene and was pretty much on the top of my to visit places. This place will serve you no nonsense hearty Italian food. So don't expect over the top cheese and masala , but some good authentic Italian food. The place runs under the reins of Chef Roberto, who's a jolly man with an eye for good food. Here's what I would recommend if you happen to visit- Bruschetta - Fresh af tomatoes on Herby flavoured bread!! Broccoli soup- loaded with cheese, you barely even get the broccoli feeling. Asparagus Pudding- this is completely different, more of a texture thing than the taste. Pairs well with the cheese sauce. The Lasagna , Pasta and rissoto is cooked al dente and you can have as per your choice. The Tiramisu over here is pretty good has a hint of Bailey's and would leave your tongue smacking for more.

Cafe Roberto is so far one of the most authentic Italian place I've been to ! PROS: 1) Authentic flavors straight from Italy! 2) Menu is uniquely handcrafted by Chef Roberto 3) Small yet cute little place with red and white themed interiors. ? Location and Ambience It is located right next to Cream Stone. The seating arrangement is of 30 pax. The ambience is beautiful with dreamy lights on the ceiling paired with white furniture. Limited Two wheeler and four wheeler Parking available infront. ?Food ? Minestrone Soup (4/5) Basic tomato soup with spicy flavors. Perfect for rainy season. ? Broccoli Soup (4/5) Piping hot and creamy soup with bang on Broccoli taste ? Bruschetta (3/5) I really loved the in-house bread ! The topping which had tomatoes topped up with a basil dressing, could've been better. ? Burrata Salad (5/5) A Burrata Salad is Burrata is a fresh Italian cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella cheese and cream. A Burrata Salad includes Burrato, freshly sliced tomatoes over a bed of Basil or Arugula leaves drizzled with olive oil and vinegar topped up with salt, pepper and oregano. Here, this one was too good but also overpriced. ? Asparagus Pudding (4/5) Something I had for the first time. It was cheesy and creamy. ? Gnocchi di Patate (4/5) I tried Gnocchi for the first time here. Gnocchi is pasta consisting of soft dumplings made from Potato, flour, cheese. It is then cooked in a sauce. ?Green Lasagna (3/5) ? Devil's Lasagna (4/5) Simple, authentic and cheesy. ?Rissoto (3/5) I've had better Rissoto. But you can still try this one! ? Quattro Formaggi Cheese Sauce Pasta (4/5) This one was lip-smacking. The sauce was extremely creamy and pasta was cooked to perfection. DESSERTS ? Lemon cake (3/5) ? Chocolate Cake (5/5) ? TIRAMISU (10/10) HIGLY RECOMMENDED The best tiramisu I've ever had. Don't miss out on this piece of heaven ?. Overall Verdict- A beautiful place to spend your evening with friends or a date with some coffee and authentic Italian food

Short Notes on Google

Been there twice in a week. Ravioli, Pasta and Tiramisu were great. So was Foccacia which the chef gave out to try. Its an open place to sit which suits me well. And the uniform Red and White decor of the place works out. The only complaint for me is the cutlery. Also Pizza tastes like it was adapted to Indian taste, 'Indianized' if there is such a word. Stick with Ravioli and dessert items.
