β β β β β Mr Sahadev, is extremely detailed, informative and knowledgeable while dealing with customers.
He was very patient and answered every possible concern I had with respect to getting my Schengen visa. A detailed checklist and the order in which I need to arrange my documentation along with answers to any possible issues I might face.
He was top notch in his approach.
Glad he was there to help and guide me 3 days before my appointment date where my previous VISA agent wasn't helping much.
Reasonable pricing and extremely professional service.

β β β β β I stumbled upon Cafe Travel through a friend, and i am glad i did. I was looking to book my honeymoon trip including internal tours as well. I contacted Sahadev, who owns Cafe Travel, and he is a gem of a person.
The kind of professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. I provided him with initial details like budget, places of interest, types of tours etc. and he came up with 4-5 options to choose from. The kind of details mentioned in his trip itineraries was exemplary. From the time of boarding a train, to what to visit in a city everything was detailed.
The knowledge of each place of visit that Sahadev has is mind blowing. He used to suggest over phone, whether to choose a train over a flight, with correct reasoning.
We zeroed in on Europe and booked the entire trip from Cafe Travel. The cost of the trip was very competitive as well. We compared it with any other service provider and it stood out with the types of tours included.
The key differentiation that Sahadev possesses is the personal touch he gives even during a trip. For example, i have used MMT and Yatra during earlier tours to Dubai and China. Once booked, their local guides are the only PoC for any queries and there is no single PoC, hence it functions like a machine. Whereas at Cafe Travel, Sahadev was always available over whatsapp in case of any queries during our 10 day visit to Europe. One could easily just loosen the quality of services once receiving full payment, but not Sahadev.
The entire 10 day tour was managed flawlessly and very professionally.
Post this tour, i have contacted Sahadev for all my travel bookings - from Dubai visas, to Singapore tours to U.S visa, everything and the quality of service just keeps on getting better.

To me Cafe Travel means Sahadev and vice versa! He tailor made our Hong Kong trip, primarily with kids interests in mind, the Disneyland, Ocean Park, Cable car / tram / ferry rides, etc, accommodating couple free days for shopping, leisure, as well. Trip went very well, and Sahadev was available throughout at 'whatsapp-length' if you will, providing any support needed, at any time of the day.
From planning to prep to actual trip and back, we had full support, but no interference. Would definitely look plan more trips with Cafe Travel.

β β β β β I planned my 1 month long Honeymoon trip with Mr. Sahadev, being in a different city in a completely different part of the country the task could have been very difficult, but his expertise and eye for detail helped me get along very nicely. All I had to do was give my idea of a holiday to him and any preference of cities and he took the best care of everything. From VISA Applications to daily task suggestions, he had an eye for detail for everything and made each step very smooth and comfortable. His knowledge of cities over the world and planning a trip as per the taste of the travellers sets him apart. Yes, there are a trillion places where one can go to plan and book their holiday, but only people like him, who have a passion for travelling, can plan a memorable holiday.

Being avid travel buffs, we did not want to go through regular pre-planned tours offered by travel companies for our first trip abroad. We were looking for someone with experience & knowledge to guide us through all the procedures, from flight ticket booking, visa processing, hotel booking, local transportations, local cuisines, customs, etc.
Mr. Sahadev not only fit the bill perfectly, but went 10 steps ahead! He was there with detailed itineraries, local food & sightseeing guides, early flight check-ins, local transit information and most of all, kept touch with us throughout our 10-11 day trip around Japan! The amount of research he does for a trip, be it short or long, is so thorough it feels like speaking to a native of that destination. Itβs no wonder as he is a giant travel aficionado & this shows in his work. Knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, reassuring, meticulous, clear, enthusiastic and passionate are just some of the virtues that he possesses.

Amazing experience in Japan! What a mystical country with the most gracious people! Need a lifetime to see everything, and even that wouldn't be enough.

β β β β β It takes a lot passion to create an experience for someone, by just planning an itinerary. It's absolutely impossible to give someone that roller coaster ride of feel good hormones, just by sitting thousands of kilometers away.
I have seen the amount of dedication and power of information that Sahadev exhibits each time while planning out for a client.
A personal touch to each added experience of a client is only possible when the person incharge of the experience has the ability to visualize the entire experience themselves. This absolutely requires love for travel, food and culture and having the ability to exhibit the power of knowledge about different places, people and their ways of life.
One can only do it when they have compassion and dedication towards their work.
Sahadev absolutely takes that job so personally to craft that amazing holiday for his clients because he has the special quality, that is rare in today world, Empathy
He has the eye for detail and is on his toes to solve any challenges that his clients face in their travel planning. I have observed it personally.
I am very soon going to bully him to craft an international experience for me. And I am sure he will do wonderful job.
PS - amazing with Geography and knows Airport codes of the cities by heart.
