Today I had ordered a cake which was poorly garnished and when I complained about the same to the owner the owner was not willing to accept his fault and to my surprise the owner asked me to level the garnish with a knife at home, he had no intentions of accepting his mistake either to send a fresh cake or provide refund and on the more he disconnected the phone and stopped responding to my calls, this is my first and last interactions with this shop. This is what I have experienced and I sincerely suggest to be very sure about the quality/service of this shop before submitting any orders.
Pathetic customer service!!!
Checkout the how cheap their style of handling customers and response. NEVER this shop had asked me to get the cake back to them and why should I even take the cake back to this shop. Moreover, they want me to praise them for such a stupid suggestion they had given me to reset the garnishing with the knife.... I have the complete conversation recording!! Kindly stop giving excuses and work on quality stuff which basis this experience is lacking! I would have happily uploaded the recording if I had an option! But never mind I may use this in some other appropriate forum.
IT IS BETWEEN YOU AND ZOMATO, I NEED THE PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED IN PROPER CONDITION FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID THE PRICE !!
DISCONNECTING THE PHONE AND NOT RESPONDING IS NO PROPER CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, KINDLY CHECK YOURSELF WHO WAS TALKING IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER!!
FINALLY, TODAY'S EVENT HAS NOT ONLY SPOILED THE BIRTHDAY FUNCTION BUT ALSO LEFT A BITTER TASTE WHICH MUST NEVER BE REPEATED!!!
