★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor quality. They do not know about their products. I ordered pinata cake 1kg.
The outer chocolate layer was 1.5 inch thick and it was not chocolate but seems sugar + maida coat. It seems that they don't know what to give customer on order of 1 kg cake and hence gave me too thick sugar+maida coat!!! On complaining, very rudely said that they don't have any knowledge and experience for pinata cake. If they don't know about what they sell then better to close shop. If minus rating is possible then my rating would be -5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 2 kgs Mickey cake for my son birthday and it's costly too. Seriously u people ruined the party. 1.cake design spoiled,2.The Micky ears never set on cake hence I need to break and make icing sugar again butterflies already have cuts and gold design is. brockrn 3. The food used is like Holi permanent colour, 4. I have gone for many brand and local cakes in different sates but never tasted such disgusting cake, 5. After eating cake mother's in my society came to my home and asked y did u apply dark lipstick to children in the party ( boys mom's are very angry). Finally thank u Cake N Joy for spoiling my kid and gave unforgettable memory long life.
