★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel good to have most popular cake shop dangee daums in chandlodia(Gota) area. The shop is easily identify in normal traffic from vehicle. Parking area available in front of shop. Well maintained and clean place.. co operative staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chain store of dangee dums in the centre of gota, Vandemataram, shayona city and chandlodia. You will find signature cakes, pastries, ice creams and chocolates of dangee dums. Although the second line of items like, softy, sandwich puffs are not available here. You can also book your order of designed cakes also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a third class service. The staff has no sense how to talk with customer. I ordered a cake with photo but the photo in cake is so stretched which looks very bad, money is wasted. They should ask customer that how photo will be printed and how it will look but they just print the photo by their self like they are giving cake free of cost. Be aware of this people, they are cheating and wasting your money. I suggest to never buy again anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cakes are good, Prices are very high. With respect to the prices...services are very poor. They don't have customer sense. If you ask for any suggestions, they don't have to tell you anything. If you require any customization in the ordered cake for your loved once, they don't take any interest in that. Very poor in that. Don't allow to have any change in design. They are very rigid. We always feel left alone at their stores as they never help in choosing or suggesting the cake.
This type of customer behaviour will ruin all their quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff... Cakes are very costly and even not fresh. Even purchasing of such costly cake, they are not able to provide carry bag. They are charging Rs. 5 per carry bag. I did not saw any shop or mall where such amount is being charged for carrying bag. Greed is more important than the customer satisfaction.
