β β β β β The staff does not behave responsibly. You may still find issues in your vehicle even after the servicing. They do not inspect your vehicle properly and does not follow a Standard.
By bike was missing the turn indicator light (indicator light) even after the servicing.

β β β β β I had bought Alfa from Sai Auto. I had very good experience. first of all, sales person explained all the features of the Alfa and all the management personals were very co-operative and helpful. Periodic servicing is also done and servicing experience is awesome.

β β β β β I am looking to buy a new bike in the next 1-2 weeks. So I visited this place. It was a very bad experience. The salesman was completely clueless I can say from the following points: 1. I had to ask every single detail including the basic one like price, available color etc. The only questionΒ theΒ salesman asked me was which bike I amΒ interested in. 2. Didn't even mention all types of colors, I had to remind him myself. 3. The main issue: The test ride. He didn't offer the test ride. When I asked for the test ride, he talked to someone and after that was ready for it. But he didn't allow me to test the bike along with my wife. He said it's their policy to not give a test ride with a pillion passenger and their staff will come along with me! How can they insistΒ on a test ride with their staff in this COVID time? He didn't even wear the face mask. 4. In the test ride, I was only allowed to ride the bike for 200 meters. Yes, just 200 meters!!! How on earth can a customer be satisfied with the bike in just 200 meters of the test ride? 5. Didn't even give the quotation. I had to ask for that also.
I am completely unsatisfied with the experience.

β β β β β Had a very bad experience in two services. My bike yamaha fzs had a rough chain sound, i repeatedly told them to correct it properly as in the first service they didn't do it properly. They said it was a chain alignment issue and they will do it. When i got the bike there was no sound but one day after the sound got back. Now i dont have the time and patience to visit again. Better to visit some other service center of Yamaha.

Not recommended.
