★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving my two wheeler Activa for servicing here since last 7 years but recently I notice that the the owner here is very much irresponsible and even at 10:00 a.m. the service centre is not open this is second time I faced this issue in a week. I came to know that some new contract has been given to to other person who seems not serious about giving any good service to customers and spoiling the name of Punjab honda. please try to to avoid visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reported self start & kick issue and they changed spark plug ans said it will work.Sadly, It did not last for a day even. Pathetic!! The issue with battery and couldn't identify the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class, bogus, quality less, rude behaviour with customers, they don't even know how to talk with customers, unsatisfied with their service. ZERO SERVICE. Looting people. They don't work on customer's complaints regarding their vehicle, but they work on their own. They have always excuses on customers' complaint. Very talented cheaters. When talking with their employees I felt like I have been humiliated and insulted. Please please please don't go there.

I had given my bike for repair under. They took almost 1 month to return and meanwhile they used my bike for personal use.
The meter reading was up by 50-55km from the time the bike was delivered for servicing.
I also had asked them to do a general check up and service for the bike, they did nothing. Just washed the bike and gave back.
After riding for 10 days the bike stopped due to lack of engine oil.
If they had done a general maintenance service then the oil wouldn’t be out.
Also, the concerned person has no manners on how to talk to customer. They yell at you as if they are doing some favor.
I would not recommend this service center.
