Ordered a cake 3 days back, confirmed them the location multiple times, followed up twice by stating the area of delivery and on the delivery day Mr. Sandeep very casually says Delivery not possible and made fool of all the guys waiting for the cake. very very bad way of dealing....

Awful service as no update provided to the customer regarding the availabilty and delivery of Cakes, Chocolates, Flowers and Greeting cards.
Better to try other services! Waste of time and money! Really bad.

We send cakes from abroad to our family to share and celebrate their happiness but these guys just ruin all of it by sending disgusting cakes that just needs to be thrown into trash and waste our money !!! Highly disappointed and definitely not recommend to all..!! All that they do is just give apology for ruining it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience from start to end. Initially the payment gateway had issues and money was deducted twice from my account, but not confirmed on their side. Finally they confirmed order was placed. On the date of delivery they mentioned the order cannot be delivered... Then after multiple follow-ups they mentioned the order cannot be delivered at all and only option is refund.. why even accept orders if you cannot handle them in the first place?? First and last time using this website and will advice others from using it

They were not only punctual with the delivery but also kept me updated by phone in Canada, advising me of the status, every step of the way. Eventually, emailing me to advise that my parcel was delivered.
