★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery If you want to order for occasions, my advice is to avoid these people. In my case just before the occasion, I received an email stating the delay will be 4 to 5 days while asking me to give my consent for delay urgently !!!! I will keep you posted about developments.
Atlast, my order was delivered 08th June i.e. a delay of 5 days after birthday.
In short un professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered a Bouquet with them, had a worst ever experience with a CSR called Ritika. I wanted to change the email address Provided and she was too arrogant and not ready to make the changes. Looking at the reviews I am keeping fingers crossed to atleast see a Quality Product Delivered and white roses (not expecting any other colours) as it is for a funeral. I will update the review again once the order is delivered. However, the CSR is horrible and doesn't even know what she is arguing and with whom is talking. I wont even give one star for the Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ looting money from people, (Order No. IGA1001698). I've been told that quantity , flavour and quality is guaranteed. But, What the heck is this. My brother got completely disappointed on his birthday. 3 out of 2 layers are burnt. Not even in a situation to taste. completely a Mess. Very big mess. Will not suggest this website not even 1%. No proper response to the customer complaints. Customer service representative just says that wait for the response mail. RATING 0/10
