★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calcutta Cheat Chaat is successfully cheating people by delivering "Pulao" in the name of Biryani. They promote Biryani in thr cover pic and in front of their food counter, but they don't even know how Calcutta Biryani originally looks or tastes like.

Biryani was delivered in foil wrap meaning the quantity was very ordinary. I didn't found any spoon or napkins in the packaging that seemed very unprofessional.
Coming to the Biryani there wasn't any aroma, nor any Biryani spices. Plain white Pulao made of good quality rice was packed with little bit of sprinkled fried onions and chopped coriander on top. Half of a potato was deep fried and added to it with no egg.
Chicken! You guessed it right. They put a medium sized Chicken piece from chicken curry to finally make the pulao Biryani. Fortunately everything was fresh and tasted extremely mild.
But dry texture of the rice with no spices and moist chicken of curry was no where making it proper Biryani in my opinion. If you get Biryani cravings, I'll surely not advise you to order from here.
