Very happy by its service. Very hot and delicious samosas and vegetable chops are the best. Mostly people visit this place for these two. The sweets are also so much better than others

The outlet is fast moving. Lot of customers so you are unlikely to get stale stuff. They are better behaved than the Hindustan Sweets Staff.

The quality of the sweets and other items is still good. However, didn't like the behaviour of the staffs this time. I asked for the items wanted to have and no one responded. Could see they were busy and l waited for more than 10 minutes and asked again but not one addressed me. After l observed for sometime, realised that they have started prepaid tocken system, which no one told me when asked for my food. Nothing was written there as well. Although, there were not many customers and the store people looking at me during my entire waiting and self discovering process. Finally, l had my food and while paying, the guy at the cash counter, told me that these are new staffs and that's why it happened. He was sitting right behind me and easily could notify to take the coupon. That's the only reason of giving a four star, otherwise, food quality wise, it is five.

I would have not given any star but the Kachori sabzi was worst. If you see in the image you find sattu as 10% only. And the amount of oil. Subzi was highly tasteless. Only the flavour of haldi you will feel. I recommend to eat Kachori sabzi at hindustan which is walking distance from Calcutta. Although it takes β‚Ή1 extra, but peacefully you can eat there inside under fan that to more tasty than this. Sweets and Dahi are ok. But Kachori. Worst.
