But sometimes Most pathetic experience I had ever . Worst customer care support, they themselves have no idea about the product delivery details. And above all customer care is there only to say hello and thank you and not even an escalation can be done . Only they can raise the ticket and close the ticket .
The Installation guy from company who came to my home clearly said croma warrany don’t cover anything, its waste of money. when went to store and about the croma warranty which I brought..they said its on the bill and that will be enough.
I have asked them to send something in written on exactly what covers and what not. they said its not possible.while selling the warranty they will say it covers a lot.So I will say online stores are far better as one can replace the item easily for first 10–15 days if some problems are found.
Its a easy minting of money for Croma, by selling warranty with out any particulars of its service and no option to demand the warranty service if something I need for my products
